A leading international senior home care company is seeking a dynamic leader to run our Westminster location here. The Marketing/Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and developing new and innovative marketing methods. This leader’s essential objective is to drive strategy and scale growth. A key role of this position will be to create an environment and culture that provides strong vision, direction, and support to teams that will impact the company’s growth and ensure success for all. The ideal candidate is an experienced Health Care Sales professional who can help us continue to grow. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have an in-depth hands-on experience in marketing and sales development in home care. Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market conditions and trends, including, but not limited to, competitors, influence centers; overall goal to explore areas of business opportunity.
  • Maintain good standings with new lead sources by providing excellent face-to-face meetings, communications, and assessments with their clients.
  • Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, senior living communities including independent, assisted, memory care, and skilled nursing, rehabilitation,
  • respite care, hospice, home health, physician practices, VA, and other related healthcare providers) to determine lead sources and build lasting and meaningful relationships.
  • Develop and manage new lead sources through face-to-face meetings, networking, and digital strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing functions with direction and collaboration of leadership/owner
  • Personally visit and arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients
  • Contact and engage with at least eight to ten lead sources daily to develop relationships and gain referrals.
  • Utilize monthly marketing calendar and plan to coordinate activities.
  • Organize daily network and relationship building tasks.
  • Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organizations.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing Senior Helpers services. Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing various marketing and advertising methods including, social media, digital marketing, direct mail, print ads, with assistance from the Franchisor’s Marketing team.
  • Maintain and manage a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Develop and maintain weekly activity reports and track KPIs and marketing data.

Job Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in marketing or related field or three years of related work experience marketing, sales, and/or business development in home care, home health, or healthcare in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of one year experience in the healthcare industry developing and managing a sales strategy preferred
  • Must have exceptional organizational and rapport-building skills, be an active listener and attentive to detail, as well as have the ability to prioritize tasks in a changing environment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills. Ability to maintain consistent relationships with prospects and referral sources.
  • Self-starter who is driven, motivated, and results-oriented to maximize growth potential.
  • Ability to develop partnerships by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others.
  • Understanding and adhering to performance goals set by supervisor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to learn software programs quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as a positive member of the team.
  • Must be a Road Warrior and adaptable to spending time traveling within the territory.
